HPLC法测定银黄软胶囊中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量

摘要: 目的 建立银黄软胶囊中有效成分绿原酸和黄芩苷的HPLC测定法。方法 采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm)；绿原酸的流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(体积比为23:77:0.1)，黄芩苷流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(体积比为50:50:0.1)；柱温：35 ℃，流速：1.0 mL· min-1；用DAD-HPLC法分别测定银黄软胶囊中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量。结果 绿原酸线性范围5～25 mg·L-1，回收率97.0%, RSD为1.6% (n=9)；黄芩苷线性范围25～125 mg·L-1，回收率96.5%, RSD为1.5% (n=9)。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确，适于银黄软胶囊的质量分析。

Determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in YinHuang Soft Gelatin Capsules by HPLC

Abstract: Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in YinHuang (traditional Chinese medicines) Soft Gelatin Capsules. Methods A DAD-HPLC method was used to determine chlorogenic acid and baicalin in the Soft Gelatin Capsules,with a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm) at 35 ℃ and methanol-water-phosphoric acid as a mobile phase. Result Linear range of chlorogenic acid was 5～25 mg·L-1 and that of baicalin was 25～125 mg·L-1. The recovery of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were 97.0% (RSD=1.6%) and 96.5% (RSD=1.5%), respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quantitative analysis of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in YinHuang Soft Gelatin Capsules.
