摘要:目的 综述纳米颗粒的修饰及其应用。方法 根据纳米颗粒靶向机理的不同进行分类总结,概述聚合物纳米颗粒修饰的研究进展;对纳米技术在临床诊断和监测、治疗、药物制剂等领域的应用进行综述。结果与结论 纳米颗粒的修饰可改善其长循环和靶向作用;目前纳米颗粒在医药领域获得广泛应用。

Abstract: Objective To review the recent advances on the surface modification and application of polymeric nanoparticles. Methods The recent advances on the modification of polymeric nanoparticles were summarized according to different targeting mechanism; and its application in clinical diagnosis, clinical therapy and pharmaceutics etc. were discussed in details. Results and Conclusions The modification can improve the long-circulation and targeting properties of nanoparticles; Nanoparticles are widely used in biomedical and pharmaceutical fields.
