摘要: 目的 介绍中药经皮贴剂的研究进展。 方法 根据近年来国内和国外的文献报道,对中药经皮贴剂在基质、促渗方法、经皮实验及临床应用等方面对中药经皮贴剂进行综述。 结果与结论 中药经皮贴剂的研究是国内制药工业新药研究的热点之一,虽然面临一些困难,但却有着广泛的发展前途。

Abstract: Objective To review the recent development and progress of Chinese traditional medicine transdermal delivery patch(CTDP). Methods According to the references in recent years, to review the recent development and progress of Chinese traditional medicine transdermal delivery patch(CTDP) in major aspects, namely matrix formulation of CTDP, the methods of enhancement transdermal, the study of CTDP in vivo and in vitro and clinical application etc. Results and Conclusion The study on CTDP was one of the most active research fields of pharmaceutical industry in China, which made it a very promising preparation with challenges in the near future.
