α­细辛脑自微乳化释药系统的处方筛选

    摘要:目的 研究α­细辛脑自微乳化释药系统的处方。方法 通过假三元相图和粒径分析进行处方筛选。在假三元相图中分别以油酸乙酯和Myglyol812N为油相,以吐温80和Cremophor EL为乳化剂,以PEG400和Labrasol为助乳化剂,通过自微乳化区域比较,初步确定3个处方;再进一步通过粒径分析,以最小粒径的处方为最佳处方。结果 最佳处方组成为m(油酸乙酯):m(吐温80):m(PEG400) = 20:60:20,其中药物含量的质量分数为6%。结论 可以将α­细辛脑制成自微乳化释药系统。

    Formulation study of the self-microemulsifying drug delivery system of α­asarone

    Abstract: Objective To study the self­microemulsifying drug delivery system(SMEDDS) of α­asarone. Method Formulations were screened by the pseudo­ternary phase diagrams and the analysis of droplet size. In the study of pseudo­ternary phase diagrams, ethyl oleate and Myglyol812N were selected as oil phase, Tween80 and Cremophor EL as surfactants, PEG400 and Labrasol as co-surfactants, respectively. Three formula were determined primarily by the comparison of self-microemulsifying area. Further more, the best formula was obtained by droplet size analysis. Result The optimized formulation was composed of ethyl oleate­Tween80­PEG400 = 20∶60∶20, including 6% α­asarone. Conclusion α­asarone could be made into self­microemulsifying drug delivery system .
