摘要:目的 研究α细辛脑自微乳化释药系统的处方。方法 通过假三元相图和粒径分析进行处方筛选。在假三元相图中分别以油酸乙酯和Myglyol812N为油相,以吐温80和Cremophor EL为乳化剂,以PEG400和Labrasol为助乳化剂,通过自微乳化区域比较,初步确定3个处方;再进一步通过粒径分析,以最小粒径的处方为最佳处方。结果 最佳处方组成为m(油酸乙酯):m(吐温80):m(PEG400) = 20:60:20,其中药物含量的质量分数为6%。结论 可以将α细辛脑制成自微乳化释药系统。

Formulation study of the self-microemulsifying drug delivery system of αasarone

Abstract: Objective To study the selfmicroemulsifying drug delivery system(SMEDDS) of αasarone. Method Formulations were screened by the pseudoternary phase diagrams and the analysis of droplet size. In the study of pseudoternary phase diagrams, ethyl oleate and Myglyol812N were selected as oil phase, Tween80 and Cremophor EL as surfactants, PEG400 and Labrasol as co-surfactants, respectively. Three formula were determined primarily by the comparison of self-microemulsifying area. Further more, the best formula was obtained by droplet size analysis. Result The optimized formulation was composed of ethyl oleateTween80PEG400 = 20∶60∶20, including 6% αasarone. Conclusion αasarone could be made into selfmicroemulsifying drug delivery system .
