摘要：目的 对口服结肠定位释药系统的新进展及体内外评价方法作一综述。方法 根据相关文献，按照释药机理对结肠定位释药系统的新进展进行分类综述，并对各类体内外评价方法的优、缺点和发展情况进行综述。结果与结论 口服结肠定位释药系统将有广泛的发展前景。

Abstract: Objective To review the new approaches and in vitro/in vivo evaluation of oral colon-specific drug delivery systems. Method According to the literature in recent years, the new approaches of colon-specific drug delivery systems are reviewed based on the mechanism of drug release. The advantages and disadvantages of in vitro/in vivo evaluation method are disscussed. Result and Conclusion: There will be a promising development foreground for oral colon-specific drug delivery systems.
