摘 要： 目的 在对国内外缓控释制剂产品进行调查研究的基础上，对口服缓控释制剂的多样性进行综述。方法 通过检索，对36篇参考文献中的口服缓控释制剂剂量、给药间隔、药代动力学、体外释放度等七个方面的多样性进行介绍。 结果与结论 口服缓控释制剂是当今国内外制剂研究的热点，随着缓控释制剂产品的日益增多，其呈现出的各方面的多样性将有待进一步研究。

Abstract：Objective To review the variety of oral sustained/controlled release preparations on the basis of the study on it. Method According to a large quantity of documents concerned, this paper introduce the variety of oral sustained/controlled release preparations in seven aspects, including dose variety, administration interval variety, pharmacokinetic characteristics variety, dissolution variety and preparation method variety and so on. Results and Conclusions As the increasing quantity of oral sustained/controlled release preparations available on the market, the variety still need further study.
