摘要:目的 概述通过聚合反应制备纳米颗粒的研究进展。方法 对通过单体聚合反应制备纳米颗粒的方法、反应机理和应用进行介绍。结果和结论 聚合物纳米颗粒可以通过自组装表面活性剂的聚合反应,或者胶体体系中单体的聚合反应制备。这种纳米颗粒可用作药物传递的胶体载体。

Abstract: Objective To summarize the recent advances on polymeric nanoparticles. Methods The methods and mechanisms of obtaining nanoparticles through a polymerization reaction were discussed in detail. Results and Conclusions Polymeric nanoparticles can be prepared by polymerization of self-organized surfactant assemblies, or by polymerization of the monomer in colloids. Such nanoparticles may be used as colloidal carriers for drug delivery.
