柴黄微丸的制备及其黄芩苷的测定

    摘要:目的 制备柴黄微丸并测定黄芩苷的含量。方法 采用离心造粒法制备柴黄微丸,考察处方和工艺因素对微丸收率的影响,并采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果 在柴黄微丸的制备过程中,稀释剂、粘合剂、主机转速、喷枪喷雾条件、喷浆速度与供粉速度对微丸的收率具有较大影响。微丸制备的最佳处方和工艺参数为:稀释剂为质量分数40%的MCC,粘合剂为体积分数60%的乙醇,主机转速200 r·min-1,鼓风流量400 L·min-1,喷气压力0.1~0.3 MPa,喷气流量14~18 L·min-1,喷浆泵转速8 r·min-1,供粉速度8 r·min-1。以甲醇-水-磷酸(体积比为50∶50∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长277nm,黄芩苷在1~80 mg·L-1有良好线性关系,精密度、稳定性和加样回收率良好。结论 离心造粒法制备柴黄微丸方法可靠,微丸具有较好的外观和较高的收率。HPLC法测定黄芩苷含量结果准确,可靠,重现性好。

    Abstract:Object To prepare the Chaihuang (traditional Chinese medicines) pellets and determine the content of baicalin in it. Methods The Chaihuang pellets was prepared by a centrifugal granulator. The effect of formulation and process on the yield of pellets was investigated. The baicalin was separated and determined by HPLC. Results: The yield of pellets was affected significantly by diluents, adhesives, the rotating rate of the plate, the condition of nebulization, the spraying rate of adhesives and the feeding speed of powder ......
