    摘要:目的 研制凝胶骨架型胸腺肽肠溶缓释片,考察其体外释药特性。方法 以羟丙基甲基纤维素 (HPMC K15M)、Eudragit S100 为骨架材

    料,采用湿法制粒,制备了胸腺肽肠溶缓释片。以欧巴代 OY—P—7171 包肠溶衣,体外释放度试验研究了缓释片的释药机理及影

    响因素。结果 其释药速度受 HPMC 及 Eudragit S100 的用量、HPMC 型号及制片压力的影响。结论 胸腺肽肠溶缓释片可以在体外

    模拟肠液连续 12 h 释药。

    Preparation of thymololypeptide sustained release tablets

    Abstract: Objective To prepare hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) hydrophilic gel sustained-release tablets containing thymololypeptide, and evaluate the drug release characteristics. Methods The HPMC matrix tablets of thymololypeptides were prepared by the wet granulation method, using HPMC and Eudragit S100 as the matrix materials, opadry entric white OY-P-7171 as coating materials. The drug release characteristics was studied by the dissolution test. Results The thymololypeptides release profile from the tablets followed the Higuchi equation. The release constant might be adjusted by changing the HPMC content, type of HPMC and compression force. Conclusion The sustained-release tablets can slowly release thymololypeptides for 12 h in vitro.
