    摘要: 目的 研究磷脂对双氢杨梅黄素理化性质的影响。方法 采用溶剂挥发法,对以乙醇为溶剂得到双氢杨梅黄素经磷脂处理后的样品,进行热分析、X-射线衍射分析;对其在水和正辛醇中的溶解度及油水分配系数进行测定。结果 与双氢杨梅黄素比较,经磷脂处理后的样品在热分析及X-射线衍射分析谱图中发生明显变化,晶体特征消失;处理后的样品在水和正辛醇中的溶解度分别提高了12倍和73倍,油水分配系数也有所增大。结论 双氢杨梅黄素经磷脂处理后的理化性质发生较大改变。

    Influence of phospholipid on the physico-chemical properties of dihydromyricetin

    Abstract: Objective To study the influence of phospholipid on the physico-chemical properties of dihydromyricetin. Method Solvent evaporation method was used to prepare dihydromyricetin sample which was treated with phospholipid with ethanol as the solvent. Its characteristics in DSC and X-ray diffraction spectra were investigated, and its apparent partition coefficients in the system of n-octyl alcohol and water were determinted. Result Compared with dihydromyricetin, much changes of characteristics in DSC and X-ray diffraction were found in the spectra of the treated sample,the character of crystal disappeared and the solubility of treated sample both in water and in n-octyl alcohol was improved 12 times and 73 times, and the apparent partition coefficients was increased greatly. Conclusion The physico-chemical properties of treated sample can be greatly changed.
