膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、p53、GSTπ、Bcl2的表达与多药耐药性

     摘要:目的:探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中P糖蛋白(Pgp)、p53、Bcl2、谷胱甘肽S转移酶π(GSTπ)的表达,了解多药耐药性与膀胱移行细胞癌细胞凋亡的相关性。方法:采用链霉素生物素(SP)免疫组化技术检测75例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例无病变膀胱(正常对照组)标本Pgp、p53、GSTπ、Bcl2的表达。结果:膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、p53、GSTπ、Bcl2的阳性表达率分别为82.66%、69.33%、80.00%、65.33%;不同病理分级膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、GSTπ、Bcl2的阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01),不同病理分期膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、GSTπ、p53、Bcl2阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);复发病例中Pgp、GSTπ表达异常与p53、Bcl2之间存在联系。结论:Pgp、p53、Bcl2、GSTπ等表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的分期有关;Pgp、GSTπ高表达在膀胱移行细胞癌中是一种常见现象;耐药指标Pgp、GSTπ与凋亡指标p53、Bcl2影响因素有一定的内在联系。

    Relationship between multidrug resistance of expression and Pgp, p53, GSTπ,Bcl2 protein expression in ransitional cell carcinoma of human bladder

    Abstract:Objective: This study was designed to investigate the relationship between pathology and Pgp, p53, GSTπ, Bcl2 expression in the grade of differentiation and stage of differentiation of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and relationship between multidrug resistance of expression. Methods: Using SP method of immunohistochemical analysis for expression of Pgp, p53, GSTπ and Bcl2. Results: Pgp, p53, GSTπ, Bcl2 protein expression in transitional cell carcinoma of the human bladder from 75 patients showed 82.66%, 69.33%, 80.00%, 65.33% respectively. Pgp, GSTπ, p53 and Bcl2 showed different expression in different stages and grades. Following up expression p53 and Bcl2, protein expression, Pgp, GSTπ affect were obviously changed. Conclusions: p53, Bcl2 of apoptosis parametres and GSTπ, Pgp multidrug resistance of parametres in transitional cell carcinoma of the human bladder, both were obviously associated with the stage of differentiation and the grade of differentiation. Multidrug resistance Pgp, GSTπ could affect apoptosis protein expression p53, Bcl2. ......
