摘要:目的:探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中P糖蛋白(Pgp)、p53、Bcl2、谷胱甘肽S转移酶π(GSTπ)的表达,了解多药耐药性与膀胱移行细胞癌细胞凋亡的相关性。方法:采用链霉素生物素(SP)免疫组化技术检测75例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例无病变膀胱(正常对照组)标本Pgp、p53、GSTπ、Bcl2的表达。结果:膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、p53、GSTπ、Bcl2的阳性表达率分别为82.66%、69.33%、80.00%、65.33%;不同病理分级膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、GSTπ、Bcl2的阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01),不同病理分期膀胱移行细胞癌中Pgp、GSTπ、p53、Bcl2阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);复发病例中Pgp、GSTπ表达异常与p53、Bcl2之间存在联系。结论:Pgp、p53、Bcl2、GSTπ等表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的分期有关;Pgp、GSTπ高表达在膀胱移行细胞癌中是一种常见现象;耐药指标Pgp、GSTπ与凋亡指标p53、Bcl2影响因素有一定的内在联系。关键词:膀胱肿瘤;移行细胞癌;免疫组化;多药耐药性

Abstract:Objective: This study was designed to investigate the relationship between pathology and Pgp, p53, GSTπ, Bcl2 expression in the grade of differentiation and stage of differentiation of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and relationship between multidrug resistance of expression. Methods: Using SP method of immunohistochemical analysis for expression of Pgp, p53, GSTπ and Bcl2. Results: Pgp, p53, GSTπ, Bcl2 protein expression in transitional cell carcinoma of the human bladder from 75 patients showed 82.66%, 69.33%, 80.00%, 65.33% respectively. Pgp, GSTπ, p53 and Bcl2 showed different expression in different stages and grades. Following up expression p53 and Bcl2, protein expression, Pgp, GSTπ affect were obviously changed. Conclusions: p53, Bcl2 of apoptosis parametres and GSTπ, Pgp multidrug resistance of parametres in transitional cell carcinoma of the human bladder, both were obviously associated with the stage of differentiation and the grade of differentiation. Multidrug resistance Pgp, GSTπ could affect apoptosis protein expression p53, Bcl2. ......
