【摘要】 目的 探讨眼睑痉挛有效的治疗手段。方法 2003年8月～2005年8月共收治26例(52眼)眼睑痉挛的患者，均行上睑轮匝肌大部切除、提上睑肌腱膜修补、外眦成形等局部三联手术治疗。结果 所有病例，术后双眼均能启闭自如，且睑裂扩大。结论 局部三联手术是眼睑痉挛的有效治疗方法。

    A clinical study on local three in one surgery for blepharospasm

    【Abstract】 Objective To acquire for an effective therapy for blepharospasm.Methods There were 26 patients(52 eyes) who all have accepted the treatment with resection of the superior obicularis muscle, repair for the aponeurosis of levator muscle and plasty of lateral canthus.Results All patients can open or close eyes freely after surgery, and eyelid fissure was widen.Conclusion The methods which was the resection of the three in one is an effective treatment for blepharospasm.
