摘要： 目的： 探讨头针结合药物对海洛因依赖者戒断的临床疗效。方法： 对94例海洛因依赖者采用头针+美沙酮、体针+美沙酮、单纯美沙酮3种疗法治疗，动态观察10 d的戒断症状记分。结果：治疗10 d后的评分显示:头针组控制戒断症状的效果最为完全, 体针组也有一定的效果,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。头针组与体针组的治疗效果均好于单纯美沙酮组(P<0.01)。 结论： 针灸参与戒毒具有疗效肯定、无副作用、经济安全的特点，头针结合药物产生了一定的协同作用。关键词： 戒断症状；头针疗法

Abstract： Objective： To compare the clinic effects of deaddiction with the therapy of scalp acupuncture plus methadone,body acupuncture plus methadone and simple methadone.Method：The above 3 withdrawal treatments were given to 94 heroin addicts.The dynamic score of withdrawal symptoms was observed for 10 days. Result： The comparison among three groups showed (P<0.05) after 10 days withdrawal treatment. Scalp acupuncture has the most marker effect. Conclusion： At present, acupuncturemox therapy is effective with no sideeffects, lower cost and safety on improving withdrawal syndrome. The combination of scalp acupuncture and methadone can produce a synergic effect. ......
