【摘要】 目的 分析LASIK术后并发症,探讨其处理方法。方法 应用爱丽斯第七代准分子激光机对438例868眼做LASIK手术，术后随访6个月。结果 术后并发症有角膜层间异物存留、眩光、屈光度欠矫或过矫、视疲劳及老视、沙漠综合征、复发性角膜上皮剥脱、高眼压症等。结论 娴熟的手术技术及个性化的术中、术后治疗程序是保证手术成功的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the complication of laser in situ keratomileusis for myopia and to pursue its management.Methods LASIK was peformed on 868 myopic eyes.All patients was followed up the 1th and 7th day, 1th, 3th, 6th postoperation month respectively.Results The complications included mini foreign body in the corneal interface, halos,under or overcorrection,visual fatigue and presbyopia etc.Conclusion The key to success of LASIK for myopia was the skillful technique of the ophthalmologist and the individual procedure of treatment in and after operation.
