摘要: 目的：探讨针灸综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：121例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为针灸综合治疗组和单纯针刺对照组，针灸综合治疗组86例采用合谷刺或齐刺、温针灸、电针治疗,对照组35例采用单纯针刺治疗,对针灸综合治疗组不同疗程及2组的疗效进行了比较。结果：针灸综合治疗组第一、二疗程的显效率分别为79.1%和90.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；针灸综合治疗组有效率、显效率分别为97.7%、93.0%，单纯针刺对照组分别为71.4%和48.5%，治疗组有效率、显效率明显高于单纯针刺对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：合谷刺或齐刺、温针灸、电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切、方法简单、易于操作，可预防疾病的复发。关键词： 膝关节骨性关节炎； 针灸综合治疗；单纯针刺治疗
Clinical effect observation of knee joint degenerative osteoarthropathy treated with acupuncture and moxibustion

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treating knee joint degenerative osteoarthropathy. Methods: Eightysix patients were in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group, while 35 patients in the control group were treated with the acupuncture. Results: The first and second course of treatment group the response rates were 79.1%, 90.0% respectively. While the total effective and response rates of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group were 97.7%, 93.0% respectively, the control group were 71.4%, 48.5%. The difference was significant in statistics. Conclusion: The clinical effect of the acupuncture and moxibustion is certain, the method of using is simple, and to be handled easily, it can prevent recurrence of diease. ......
