摘要:目的 探讨荧光PCR法检测大肠癌患者外周血中CK20的表达情况并分析其与微转移的关系。 方法 运用荧光RT-PCR技术对大肠癌患者外周血CK20的表达进行检测。 结果 40例大肠癌患者外周血中检出CK20表达的有26例，检出率为65%。 结论 运用荧光RT-PCR技术检测外周血中CK20的表达可以监测癌症微转移的发生，适于临床推广。

    Abstract:Objective To study the expression of cytokeratin20in peripheral blood of colorectoal carcinoma patients and explore its association with the metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of cytokeratin20in the peripheral blood in the colorectal carcinoma patients was determined by using fluorescence RT-PCR. Results Cytokeratin20was expressed in26out of the40colorectal carcinoma patients with detection rate of65%.
