【摘要】 目的 研究观察益心舒胶囊治疗房性早搏的有效性、安全性。探讨中西药结合治疗房性早搏新途径。方法 对62例房性早搏患者进行随机分组对照研究。入选者性别、年龄、体重及24h房早数量差异无显著性。2例失访。治疗组30例给予益心舒1.2g tid po，加用异搏定40mg tid po，疗程4周。对照组30例给予异搏定40mg tid po，疗程4周。做24h动态心电图(Holter)检测治疗前后房早次数。结果 用药4周疗效(以Holter为准)比较。试验组：益心舒加用异搏定总有效率为90%，房早次数从治疗前(5088±4258)次/24h显著下降到治疗后(1274±1671)次/24h，治疗前后差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。对照组：异搏定组总有效率为66%。房性早搏由治疗前(5039±3102)次/24h下降到治疗后(2229±1829)次/24h，治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组有效率比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 益心舒联合异搏定治疗房性早搏疗效显著，比单独用异搏定治疗房性早搏效果好。

    A clinical study on Yixinshu in treatment of atrial premature beats

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Yixinshu on treatment of atrial premature beats,in order to find a new way of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in treating atrial premature beats.Methods A randomized,controlled clinical study was conducted in 62 patients with atrial premature beats.There was no stastical difference among chosen people in sex,age,weight and the times of PVB in 24h.Two patients were not followed.30 patients received Yixinshu 1.2 tid po combined with isoptin as trial group studying for 4 weeks.30 patients received isoptin alone 40mg tid po as controlled group studying for 4 weeks.We monitored the times of atrial premature beats before and after treatment.Results The result of Holter after treating 4 weeks act as the level between two groups.The trial group:the total efficacy rate of Yixinshu combined with isoptin was 90%.The times of APB dropped very obvious from (5088±4258) times/24h to (1274±1671) times/24h.The stastical difference was very obviously before treatment and after treatment.(P<0.01).The control group:the total efficacy rate of isoptin was 66%,the times of APB dropped very obvious from (5039±3102) times/24h to (2229±1829) times/24h.The statistical difference was very obviously before treatment and after treatment (P<0.05).There was statistical diffierence in two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of Yixinshu combined with isoptin in treating APB was very obvious,and was better than that of isoptin alone. ......
