     摘要：目的：分析新疆地区哈萨克族食管癌患者人乳头瘤病毒16型(HPV16)E6基因结构的特点。方法：采用PCR技术扩增食管癌患者HPV16 E6基因，其中18例哈萨克族食管癌中8例阳性，阳性率为44.4%，并对其进行了克隆及全序列分析。结果：克隆了哈萨克族食管癌HPV16 E6基因，与Genebank(AF536179.1)收录的德国株相比，E6基因中氨基酸发生了变化。结论：新疆哈萨克族食管癌HPV16E6基因有一定的变异。

    Cloning and sequencing of HPV16 E6 gene from Kazakh’s esophageal cancer tissues of Xinjiang patientGUO

    Abstract：Objective: To study the structural specificity of HPV16 E6 gene from esophageal cancer tissues of Xinjiang Kazakh’s patients. Methods: HPV16 E6 gene was amplified in 8 cases with HPV16 E6positive sample from eighteen kazakh cases esophageal cancer tissues in Xinjiang. Results: HPV16 E6 gene was successfully cloned. In comparison with the prototype accepted by GeneBank,there were one point mutation in HPV16 E6 nucleotide sequence and the deduced amino acid Sequence of HPV16 E6 protein was changed. Conclusion: Variations take place in the nucleotide sequence of HPV16 E6 gene obtained from kazakh’s esophageal cancer tissues of Xinjiang patient ......
