摘要： 目的：探讨结肠运输试验在慢性功能性便秘诊断及分型中的价值。方法：应用不透X线标志物对23例慢性功能性便秘患者(便秘组)和20例非便秘患者(对照组)进行结肠运输检查，测定全肠道通过时间和结肠分段通过时间,计算运输指数;根据全肠道通过时间将便秘组分为全肠道转运时间正常型组和全肠道转运时间延长型组；根据运输指数将全肠道转运时间延长的便秘患者分为慢传输型组与出口梗阻型组，测定2组患者的结肠分段通过时间。 结果：与对照组相比，便秘组全肠道通过时间和结肠分段通过时间均明显延长(P<0.01)，全肠道转运时间正常型组左侧结肠分段通过时间明显延长P<0.01)；慢传输型组左、右侧结肠区通过时间明显延长(P<0.01)，出口梗阻型组左侧结肠区、直肠乙状结肠区通过时间明显延长(P<0.01);与慢传输型组相比，出口梗阻型右侧结肠区通过时间明显缩短(P<0.01)，直肠乙状结肠区通过时间明显延长(P<0.01)。结论：结肠运输试验对确定慢性功能性便秘诊断和分型并指导患者行进一步检查有很好的临床应用价值，可作为临床便秘检查的初筛试验。关键词: 结肠运输试验； 便秘； 诊断； 分型
The clinical significance of colonic transit study in diagnosis and classfication of chronic functional constipation

Abstract: Objective: To study the value of colonic transit study in diagnosis and classfication of chronic functional constipation . Methods: In 23 patients with chronic functional constipation and 20 normal persons, total and segmental colon transit time (CTT) were determined by using radiopaque marks and calculated the transit index (TI). Patients were divided into groups based on the result. Results: The total and segmental CTT were significantly longer in the patients with constipation than normal persons (P<0.01). The segmental CTT were significantly different between the patients with normal total CTT and normal person. According TI, dividing the patients with longer total CTT into slow transit constipation (STC) group and outlet obstructive constipation (OOC) group. The segmental CTT were significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion: The use of colonic transit study helps to identify the diagnosis and classfication of constipation. Furthermore the segmental CTT helps to identify patients, who may benefit from futher checkup. For the reasons, the colonic transit study should be acted as the first clinical study in. ......
