摘要: 目的：探讨醒酒保肝胶囊的解酒、防醉以及对酒精性肝损伤的影响。方法：昆明种SPF级雄性小白鼠156只，建立急性酒精中毒动物模型，分别进行防醉、解酒，对急性酒精性肝损伤保护作用试验进行观察。结果：醒酒保肝胶囊可明显减少醉酒动物数目(P<0.05)，缩短醉酒动物的睡眠时间(P<0.05)，而且可以抑制乙醇引起的小鼠肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量升高(P<0.05)，提高肝组织中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量(P<0.05)，抑制由乙醇引起的血清甘油三酯(TG)含量的升高(P<0.05)。结论：醒酒保肝胶囊具有防醉、解酒作用，且对乙醇引起的急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。关键词: 醒酒保肝胶囊; 酒精性肝损伤; 防醉作用; 解酒作用; 抗氧化
The protective effect of Xingjiubaogan capsules on acute alcoholic liver disease in mice

Abstract: Objectives: To establish acute alcoholism model with alcohol (50%) and explore the effectiveness of Xingjiubaogan capsule on prevention and treatment of alcoholic liver disease. Methods：156 male mice(SPF) were randomized into groups, et al. We have antitemulence、alleviating a hangover and explore the effectiveness of Xingjiubaogan capsule experiment respectively. All the mice were fed normal diet. Results: The acute alcoholism model was made. The number of drunkenness mice and the time of amethyst have significant difference in the Xingjiubaogan capsule groups VS model group(P<0.05). The activity of MDA and content of TG were increased comparing with Xingjiubaogan capsule groups(P<0.05). Conclusions: The Xingjiubaogan capsule has the clear effectiveness of antitemulence and alleviating a hangover, therefore, it has the definite protective action to acute alcoholic liver disease in the mice . ......
