摘要: 目的: 探讨儿童意外伤害的原因及预防措施。方法: 对武汉市儿童医院2002年9月～2004年9月急诊室就诊的239例儿童意外伤害病例资料进行了回顾性分析。结果：6～12岁学龄儿童为意外伤害事故发生的高峰年龄段。0～14岁儿童中意外伤害类型及排位主要为交通事故、跌落伤、烧烫伤。结论： 儿童意外伤害应以预防为主,采取家庭、学校、社会相结合的预防方法。关键词: 儿童；意外伤害；急诊
Study on the reasons and preventive of unintentional injuries in children

Abstract: Objective: To explore the cause and preventive measure of accidental injures among children. Methods: A retrospective analysis were made for 239 cases of accidental injures of children treated in emergency department of Wuhan children′s hospital from September 2002 to September 2004. Results: The children aged 6～12 years were the climax age group of accidents. The main type of accidental injures were traffic accidents, fall, burns for the children aged 0~14 years. Conclusion: Prevent is the first important. Familily, society and school must work together to prevent the accident injure of children.
