【摘要】 为了促进中药材GAP的发展，本文采用中国药典法测定了不同产地一年生桔梗的总皂苷含量。结果表明，某些地区的一年生桔梗达到中国药典标准，可以入药，因而各产地应根据实际情况来决定桔梗的采收。

    The primary qualitative exploring of some one-year Platycodon grandiflorum

    【Abstract】 In order to accelerate the development of GAP， we assay the total platycodin in Platycodon grandiflorum which are produced in different areas by the way in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The result shows that some one-year Platycodon grandiflorum are qualified according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. So Platycodon grandiflorum has different growing cycle in different areas.
