     摘要: 目的: 探讨cmyc 和p53基因与高温致神经管畸形中细胞凋亡发生的相关关系。方法:在高温致金黄地鼠神经管畸形的动物模型上,采用原位杂交和原位PCR技术,观察cmyc 和p53mRNA在各期实验组和对照组胚胎神经上皮和周围间充质中的分布和含量。结果:正常胚胎神经上皮和周围间充质细胞内cmyc基因随着神经管的发育其转录逐渐增加,于C16组和C24组达到高峰,以后各组cmyc基因转录减少。这与神经管形成过程中的细胞增殖规律相吻合。而p53的基因表达与神经管形成过程中的细胞凋亡规律基本一致。高温后cmyc 和p53基因的转录均明显增加。结论: 高温致神经管畸形中细胞凋亡的发生与cmyc 和p53基因的过度表达密切相关。

    Study of Relationship between Cmyc, p53 Genes and Apoptosis Occured in neural tube defects caused by hyperthermia

    Abstract: Objective:To investigate relationship between Cmyc, p53 genes and Apoptosis occured in neural tube defects caused by hyperthermia. Methods: On the basis of animal model of neural tube defects(NTD) caused by hyperthermia, the in situ Hybridization and PCR methods were used to study transcriptin of cmyc, p53 mRNA in the normal and abnormal neural development. Results: The amount of cmyc mRNA in epithelia mesenchyme gradually increased along with the development, reached the highest when the neural tube formed.then decreased later. The result was consistent with alteration of cell proliferation. The expression of p53 was simillar to alteraton of the cell apoptosis. The expression of cmyc and p53 was elevated in experimental groups,but not in the control groups. Conclutions: The apoptosis occured in NTD caused by hyperthermia.was closely linked to the upregulation of cmyc and p53. ......
