子宫内膜良恶性组织中Kras癌基因的表达

     摘要: 目的：探讨Kras 癌基因在子宫内膜良恶性组织中的表达及与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系。方法：采用抗生物蛋白链菌素标记(LSAB)法检测33例子宫内膜癌、31例子宫内膜非典型增生、39例子宫内膜单纯型增生及31例正常子宫内膜标本中Kras癌基因的表达。结果：Kras癌基因在正常子宫内膜、单纯型增生、非典型增生及子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为35.48%、35.90%、41.94%、69.70%，其阳性表达率随着病变程度的加重而升高(r=0.285 3, P<0.05)，正常子宫内膜及单纯型增生与非典型增生及子宫内膜癌之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低分化子宫内膜癌中Kras癌基因阳性表达率明显高于中高分化者，Ⅱ、Ⅲ期子宫内膜癌中Kras癌基因阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ期(P均<0.05)。Kras癌基因阳性表达率与其年龄及绝经情况无关。结论：Kras癌基因在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中起重要的作用，Kras 癌基因的检测对于子宫内膜癌早期诊断、估计预后有一定的意义。

    Abstract: Objective: To study the expression of Kras gene in benign and malignant lesions of endometrium, and study it′s significance to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: The expression of Kras gene in 33 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 39 cases of endometrial cystohyperplasia, 31 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 31 cases of normal endometrium in control group was detected by using LSAB immunohistochemical method.
