大鼠异体肾移植动物模型的建立

     摘要: 目的: 建立稳定的大鼠异体肾移植模型,为开展肾移植研究奠定良好的实验基础。方法: 采用Wistar和SD大鼠,血管吻合采用供受体腹主动脉和下腔静脉端侧连续缝合,尿路重建采用供受体输尿管端端吻合,建立大鼠异体肾移植模型,观察和比较同系移植组与异系移植组大鼠间异体肾移植后的存活情况及术后并发症和肾脏免疫病理损害情况,并对模型制备作出客观评价。 结果: 手术总时间平均为(108±15)min,手术成功率为83.33%(25/30)。同系移植组大鼠平均存活时间(9.1±0.8)d。异系移植组大鼠平均生存时间为(6.27±0.3)d,术后第3天有明显的病理损害。结论:此模型有较高的成功率,并发症发生率低,符合肾移植实验研究的需要。

    Establishment of model for allogenetic renal transplantation in the rats

    Abstract: Objective: To establish rat model of renal allograft transplantation using microsurgical technique. Providing a more practical and reliable model for experimental and clinical studies of renal transplantation. Methods: Healthy adult Wistar and SD rats as donor group received operations, another normal Wistar rats as recipient. The continuous suture was used to end to side anastomose between donor and recipient abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava. Ureter respectively performed endtoend procedure with microsurgical technique. Results: The average total time of operation was (108±15)min, a successful rate of 83.3% was achieved in the production of the experimental modal. Mild immune pathology damage was found during the first week after operation in the group WistarWistar. The survival time on average after operation was(9.1±0.8)d, While in the group of SDWistar the survival time on average after operation was (6.27±0.3)d, the obvious pathology damage could be found since the third day after operation. Conclusion: The rats model of renal allograft transplantation has markedly fewer complications with improved survival rate, thus providing a more practical and reliable model for experimental and clinical studies of renal transplantation. ......
