【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病病人并发末梢神经病变(DPN)的饮食危险因素。方法 采用以医院为基础的配对病例对照研究方法。病例组为2002年12月～2003年11月期间就诊于天津医科大学代谢病医院的2型糖尿病合并末梢神经病变的患者，对照组为同期就诊于该医院的无末梢神经病变的2型糖尿病患者，两组以年龄、性别进行配对。运用条件Logistic回归分析讨论DPN的饮食危险因素。结果 单因素Logistic回归分析表明，饮茶有可能是DPN发生的保护性因素；患糖尿病前肉类食物的摄入较多是DPN发生的危险因素。结论 多因素Logistic回归分析示DPN发生的危险饮食因素有糖尿病前肉类食物摄入较多以及饮酒。
