新疆鼠尾草叶化学成分的基础研究

     摘要: 目的：研究新疆鼠尾草叶的化学成分。方法：采用色谱法分离化合物，用波谱和化学方法鉴定结构。结果：从新疆鼠尾草叶中分离得到4种化合物：β谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、熊果酸(Ⅲ)、5羟基4′，6，7三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)。结论：除β谷甾醇、齐墩果酸、5羟基4′，6，7三甲氧基黄酮外，其余均为从新疆鼠尾草的地上部分中首次得到。

    Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Leaf of Salvia Deserta Schang

    Abstract: Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the leaf of Salvia Deserta Schang. Methods: Using chromatographic methods to isolate compounds and using chemical and spectral methods to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds. Results: Four compounds were elucidated as βSitosterol(Ⅰ), Oleanolic acid(Ⅱ), Ursolic acid(Ⅲ), 5hydroxy4′, 6,7Trimethoxy Flavone(Ⅳ). Conclusion: Except the βsitosterol, oleanolic acid and 5hydroxy4′, 6,7Trimethoxy Flavone, the other compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Salvia deserta Schang for the first time. ......
