摘要: 目的:观察异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂对低浓度H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞凋亡的作用。方法:不同浓度H2O2诱导体外培养的淋巴细胞,运用Hoechst33258染色法观察凋亡发生的凋亡指数,以确定H2O2诱导凋亡的剂量及作用时间;随后运用不同浓度异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂进行干预,观察其对淋巴细胞凋亡指数的影响。结果:高浓度的异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂均能降低H2O2所致的淋巴细胞凋亡的凋亡指数。 结论:异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂能够抑制H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞的凋亡。关键词:异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂;淋巴细胞;氧化凋亡;Hoechst33258染色法

Abstract:Objective:To detect the effect of Abnormal Savda and its Munziq and Mushil on H2O2induced lymphocyte apoptosis. Method:The cultivated lymphocytes were incubated with different concentration H2O2 within different time to decide the apoptosis optimum time and concentration of H2O2. The apoptosis index (AI) was detected by Hoechst 33258 dying method to determine the influence of different concentration of Abnormal Savda and its Munziq and Mushil on H2O2induced lymphocyte apoptosis. Result:Abnormal Savda and its Munziq and Mushil with high concentration could decrease the apoptosis index of H2O2induced lymphocyte apoptosis. Conclusion:Both of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mushil could inhibit H2O2induced lymphocyte apoptosis. ......
