摘要: 目的:研究异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂及H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞调亡过程中对转录因子NFκB表达的影响。方法:体外培养淋巴细胞,分别应用H2O2、异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂及两者联用处理,以及Western blot检测细胞中NFκB表达变化。结果:在淋巴细胞中, H2O2可使p65蛋白表达水平增高;异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂自身能使p65表达水平增高,且成熟剂强于清除剂,但同时对H2O2所致p65蛋白表达均有抑制作用。结论:异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂能拮抗H2O2所致淋巴细胞调亡时NFκB的表达及异常活化。关键词: 异常黑胆质成熟剂和清除剂;H2O2;淋巴细胞;核因子κB;

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mushil on the expression of Nuclear Factor (NF) κB induced by Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) in human lymphocytes. Methods: The human Lymphocytes were cultured in vitro, and treated with H2O2 、Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mushil in various group .Western blot was used to determine the expression of NFκB subunit P65 in human lymphocytes. Results: In human lymphocytes, H2O2 result in increase of p65 protein, Savda Munziq and Mushil themselves also increase the expression of NFκB, and Savda Munziq has dramatic effect contrast to Mushil, but both of them can inhibit the expression of p65 protein induced by H2O2. Conclusion: The Xinjiang Uighur medicine Savda Munziq and Mushil could inhibit the expression of NFκB in human lymphocyte induced by H2O2 in the process of apoptosis. ......
