摘要:目的 了解贫困地区乡镇卫生院的卫生服务现状，针对存在的问题提出合适的解决方法。 方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法，从贵州省50个贫困县中按地理位置抽取4个贫困县，每个县按照50%的抽样比例随机抽取了73所乡镇卫生院进行调查。 结果 卫生院基本设施的配备情况低于1998年国家平均水平;平均每个乡镇卫生院年提供诊疗人次为9114人次;3岁以下儿童系统保健管理率为20.32%，7岁以下儿童系统保健管理率为15.75%。 结论 应加强对乡镇卫生院工作人员的培训，改善乡镇卫生院的设备条件，提高公共卫生服务的能力。
