大鼠原位肝移植动物模型的建立

     摘要: 目的:建立稳定的大鼠原位肝移植模型,为移植免疫学研究提供动物实验技术平台。 方法:采用远交系Wistar和远交系SD大鼠,用二袖套一吻合法(门静脉和肝下下腔静脉行袖套法,肝上下腔静脉行吻合法)建立大鼠原位肝移植模型。 结果:共行大鼠原位肝移植30例次,其中WistarWistar大鼠移植20例次,大鼠6~7 d死亡,平均生存5.1 d。SDWistar大鼠移植10例次,大鼠4~5 d死亡,平均生存3.8 d。 结论: 二袖套一吻合法操作简便,手术成功率高,可作为肝移植试验的有效方法。

    The establishment of orthotopic liver transplantation in rat

    Abstract:Objective: To make an ideal model for liver transplantation. Methods: TwoCuff (portal vein and infrahepatic vena cava) technique was applied in the production of this animal model in Wistar rats and SD rats. Results: With the modifiation, a successful rate of 83.3% was achieved in the production of the experimental model with anhepatic period of on average 19 minutes. Conclusion: The results show that the model is easily available and highly reproducible and can be used in the experiment of liver transplantation. ......
