新疆草棉花总黄酮的提取工艺研究

     摘要: 目的:研究确定新疆草棉总黄酮的提取工艺,比较新疆不同地区草棉总黄酮含量,为进一步进行药效学研究提供依据。 方法: 采用热水提取法、氨性氯化钙提取法提取新疆草棉有效成分,采用纸层析和荧光分析对其进行鉴定,通过测定紫外吸收进行含量测定。 结果:确定热水提取法为草棉总黄酮的提取工艺,发现和田地区草棉有效部位总黄酮含量高。 结论: 采用热水提取法提取的总黄酮纯度和含量相对较高,适合工业化生产。和田地区草棉总黄酮含量高,可作为开发利用资源。

    Studies on the effecitve fraction of Flos Gossypium Flavonoid

    Abstract: Objective: To study the extraction methods of Flos Gossypium Flavonoid (FGF) in Xinjiang and compare the FGF content cultivated in different regions of Xinjiang. Meanwhile we aim to provide a basis for further pharmacological research to Flos Gossypium. Methods: Different extraction methods, including hot water extraction method and ammonium hydrochloride extraction mothod, were used to extract the active components from Flos Gossypium. Filter paper chromatography and fluorimetric analysis were used for identification while ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the FGF content. Results: Hot water extraction method was established for the extraction and Flos gossypium cultivated in Khotan region is found to contain the highest level of total flavonoid content. Conclusion: Hot water extraction method is less sohiticated to conduct and the total flavonoids extracted are high in purity and content, suitable for mass production.
