【摘要】 目的 探讨拇指尺背侧逆行岛状皮瓣修复拇指指端缺损的方法及疗效。方法 对7例拇指指端缺损患者采用拇指尺背侧逆行岛状皮瓣修复，修复感觉神经6例, 皮瓣2.0cm×1.5cm~3.0cm×2.5cm。结果 皮瓣全部成活。术后随访1~ 8个月拇指外观满意。吻合感觉神经6例, 两点辨别觉8 ~ 12mm,未吻合1例两点辨别觉14mm。结论 该皮瓣血供可靠, 术式简单, 供区损伤小,能满足拇指指端缺损修复需要, 可以推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reverse island flap in dorsoulnar thumb for coverage of defect of fingertip.Methods From June 2003 to May 2005,7 cases of defect of fingertip were invovled in the study,repaired nerve in 6 cases.The areas of flaps were 2.0cm×1.5cm~3.0cm×1.5cm.Results All 7 flaps survived.For 1 to 8 months follow-up postoperatrely appearance of the thumb was satisfactory with 8 to 14 mm in 2-PD.Conclusion The opstimal indication for coverging of defect of fingertip of thumb the flap reliable,can popularized.
