【摘要】 目的 总结神经导航系统在颅脑手术中的应用经验及治疗效果。方法 自2002年4月~2004年12月应用神经导航系统(brain LAB vector vision)行颅脑手术152例。结果 所有手术平均坐标精确度误差(2.14±0.91)mm，病灶全切除67.8%，术后症状明显改善59.9%，不变者30.2%，5例脑室和脑脓肿穿刺成功率100%，15例症状加重，本组病例无死亡。结论 神经导航系统准确定位，实时导航，有利于提高手术疗效和降低并发症。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experience and the value of neuronavigator-guided surgery.Methods 152 cases of intracranial lesions were treated with neuronavigation from April 2002 to December 2004. Results The overall mean fiducial error were 2.14±0.91 mm. Total removal was achieved in 69.1%. Postoperatively neurological functions were improved in 59.5%, unchanged in 32.2%, worsen in 15 cases, shunt surgeries in 5 cases successfully performed, no death.Conclusion Our method is reliable and accurate in neurosurgical procedures. The application of this technique improved surgical outcome and decreased surgical complications. ......
