【摘要】 目的 研究丹酚酸B镁盐对多种肿瘤细胞株体内、体外生长的抑制作用。 方法 体外用MTT法、体内用中空纤维法分别检测丹酚酸B镁盐对不同肿瘤细胞株在体外培养和裸鼠体内生长的抑制作用。 结果 体外MTT实验中，丹酚酸B镁盐对人肾癌(786-0)、小鼠乳腺癌(C127)、人乳腺癌(MCF-7)、人肝癌(Hep G2)、小鼠黑色素瘤(B16)、人胃癌(SGC-7901，AGS)、人食管癌(Eca-109)等细胞株的最大抑制率皆达到40%以上，其中对肝癌细胞株HepG2的最大抑制率可达到90%以上。中空纤维实验进一步证实丹酚酸B镁盐对于裸鼠体内生长的Hep G2细胞也具有较好的抑制率，其最大抑制率可达到30.11%。 结论 体内、体外实验表明丹酚酸B镁盐对多种肿瘤细胞株的生长具有较好的抑制作用。
