【摘要】 目的 探讨波依定与依那普利联用治疗高血压心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。 方法 按NYHA分级标准心功能Ⅱ～Ⅲ级的患者56例。随机分为波依定加依那普利(治疗组)及依那普利组(对照组)。疗程为4周。 结果 4周后总有效率:治疗组为85%，对照组为58%，两组差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。 结论 波依定加依那普利联用治疗高血压心脏病心力衰竭疗效显著，安全可靠。
