【摘要】 目的 研究并优化中国药典(2000版)天麻项下含量测定方法，为天麻及其含有天麻原生药粉制剂中天麻素含量测定提供更准确方法。 方法 用HPLC测定天麻中的天麻素含量，采用正交试验设计法考察天麻素的提取率。 结果 提取溶剂甲醇浓度变化影响因素最大。选择A2B2C3为最合适的提取条件，即40%甲醇为提取溶剂，加入30倍溶剂量，水浴加热60min，残渣用15ml溶剂超声洗涤3次，即得样品溶液，其线性范围、精密度、加样回收率结果均满足HPLC定量方法学要求。 结论 相同天麻样品，采用本方法测得的天麻素含量明显高于采用中国药典(2000版)方法测定的含量，其差别可达近20倍，本方法能更准确反映天麻中天麻素的含量。
