无金属基底冠的Artglass前牙美容修复临床观察

     摘要: 目的：观察Artglass烤塑树脂材料的前牙美容临床修复效果。方法：应用无金属基底冠的Artglass前牙美容修复技术对123例患者255颗患牙进行美容贴面、全冠、桩冠、双端固定桥修复治疗。结果： 255颗患牙均在1~2 d内完成修复，随访1~2年，全冠、桩冠、贴面、双端固定桥修复的成功率分别为90.3%、90.2%、88.9%、83.3%，3个贴面、17个全冠、4个桩冠、2个双端固定桥修复失败，改作金属烤瓷修复。结论：Artglass烤塑树脂材料具有一定的抗磨性和高度的颜色稳定性，保证了修复体的强度和美观的要求，操作简单，能达到较满意的临床美容修复效果。
