【摘要】 目的 探索社区2型糖尿病综合干预模式。 方法 采用系统抽样方法，在上海市某社区40～60岁2型糖尿病患者中，随机选择干预组86例病人，除常规药物治疗，辅以糖尿病健康教育、心理、饮食干预、定期血糖测定等12个月。对照组103例，仅常规药物治疗，检测和比较两组治疗前、后，血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平。 结果 两组治疗后，空腹血糖，餐后2h血糖、平均血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均有下降。但干预组下降幅度大于对照组(P均<0.05)。并且血糖波动范围明显减少，对照组血糖波动在治疗前后无明显变化。 结论 糖尿病的综合干预是社区预防2型糖尿病病人并发症发生的一种重要的基本治疗措施。
