角膜异物剔除术后贝复舒治疗效果的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 观察角膜异物剔除术后贝复舒治疗的临床效果。方法 将164例(164眼)角膜异物剔除术的患者随机分成治疗组(滴贝复舒加氧氟沙星滴眼液)82例，对照组(滴角膜宁加氧氟沙星滴眼液)82例。疗程均为2周。结果 贝复舒治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)，有效率93.90%，未见局部刺激症状或严重不良反应。结论 贝复舒滴眼液有很强的促进角膜损伤修复愈合的作用。【关键词】 角膜异物；剔除术；贝复舒；治疗
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of bFGF after extraction of corneal foreign body.Methods One hundred and sixty—four eyes of 164 patients with extraction of corneal foreign body were randomly divided into bFGF group and control group.bFGF group(82 eyes)was treated with bFGF and control group(82 eyes)with Jiaomoning eye drops.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Results The effective rate in bFGF group was 9390%,without local symptoms or severe reaction.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<001).Conclusion The eye drops of bFGF has strongly affection on improving the repair and healing of injury of corneal.
