【摘要】 目的 探讨术中超声扫描在胰岛素瘤诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性对比分析了CT、术前超声及术中超声对于胰腺的胰岛素瘤的诊断。结果 术前超声和CT的诊断正确率分别为26.31%和40.74%，而术中超声的诊断正确率为100%。结论 术中超声是胰岛素瘤的最好的诊断方法之一，能够为外科切除胰岛素瘤提供帮助。
