【摘要】 目的 探讨磁共振尿路水成像(MRU)对诊断上尿路梗阻病变的价值。方法 78例上尿路梗阻患者用重T 2 WI快速自旋回波(FSE)序列做MRU，采集资源影像后做最大信号强度投影(MIP)处理，其中23例同时应用SSFSE序列及厚层投射技术直接成像。结果 78例患者经过MRU检查均满意地显示了梗阻部位及尿路扩张程度，定位诊断准确率为100%，定性诊断准确率为88.5%。结论 MRU能准确地显示尿路梗阻的部位和程度，具有无创伤、无痛苦、无辐射、不需造影剂及能多平面成像等特点，比临床上常用的B超、静脉尿路造影、逆行肾盂造影等检查具有一定的优越性。特别适用于静脉尿路造影(IVU)有禁忌证和肾功能丧失患者。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance urography(MRU)in patients with upper urinary tract obstruction.Methods 78patients with upper urinary tract obstruction were examined with heavy T 2 weighted fast spin echo pulse sequence to acquire image and postprocedure processing was performed with maxmium-inˉtensity-projection(MIP).Results MRU examination succeeded in all78patients and the sites of urinary tract obstrucˉtion were distinctly shown.The accuracy of MRU in the detection of the degree and level of urinary tract obstruction was100%and the accuracy for evaluating the causes of obstruction was88.4%.Conclusion MRU is noninvasive and free from ionzing radiation or iodinated contrast medium.It had more superior diagnostic value than ultrasound B ......
