【摘要】 目的 探讨一种新的骨折内固定方法。方法 用空心钉及空心改锥对100例不同部位骨折进行内固定治疗。结果 所有骨折均一期愈合,内固定可靠,创伤小,金属反应轻微。结论 利用空心钉配合空心改锥治疗各种骨折临床效果肯定,值得应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To give a new method of fracture internal fixation.Methods Using cannulated screw and cannulated screwdriver to cope with 100 cases of fracture in different parts,each of them is internal fixation.Results All cases heal up successful.This method has several merits,such as reliable internal fixation,small trauma and light metallic reaction.

    Conclusion It is worth using cannulated screw and cannulated screwdriver to treat several kinds of fracture because the clinical effect is confirmed.
