【摘要】 目的 探讨先天性梅毒骨损害的X线特征及其在先天性梅毒(congenital syphilis,CS)早期诊断中的价值。方法 回顾性分析1994年10月～2004年3月收治的12例CS患儿骨骼X线。结果 12例患儿均有骨骼异常，表现为干骺端不规则透亮带12例，钙化带呈锯齿样、虫蚀样改变5例，干骺端密度减低6例，骨膜炎7例，骨髓炎4例。结论 CS骨损害具有多发、对称、同时、广泛受损、长骨为主的特点，X线检查在早期诊断CS中具有重要参考价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the the X-ray character of congenital syphilis with skeleton abnormality and the value of early diagnosis of congenital syphilis.Methods The X-ray finding of twelve congenital syphilis infants with skeleton abnormality from October 1994 to march 2004 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Skeleton abnormality were found in all infant,including irregular lucent metaphyseal bands in 12 cases infants,serrated appearances in the zone of calcification in 5 cases infants,diminishing density at metaphysealin 6 cases infants,periostitis 7 cases,osteomyelitis 4 cases.Conclusion The skeletal abnormality in the infants with congenital syphilis were found majority of long-bone,and having the characteristic of multiple,symmetric,simultaneous and extensive the X-ray detect play and important referenced role in the early diagnosis of congenital syphilis. ......
