【摘要】 目的 总结人工股骨头置换术治疗75岁以上高龄老人股骨颈骨折的疗效。 方法 1996年2月～2004年10月，47例75岁以上老年股骨颈骨折病人，男31例，女16例，采用改良小切口非水泥人工股骨头置换术治疗。 结果 平均住院20.6天，病人3周能早期下床活动，住院期间内无1例死亡，按Harris评分为91.3分，优秀。 结论 人工股骨头置换术是治疗超高龄老人股骨颈骨折的最适当选择。
