【摘要】 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤病人血浆可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的变化及其临床意义。 方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)，检测了76例恶性肿瘤病人和42例健康人血浆sICAM-1水平的变化。 结果 恶性肿瘤病人血浆sICAM-1水平明显增高，与对照组比较，差异有极显著性(t=21.56，17.36，P<0.001)，有转移者和死亡者血浆sICAM-1水平明显高于无转移者和存活者(t=12.72，14.75，25.91，24.61，P<0.001)，且手术治疗前sICAM-1水平明显高于手术治疗后(t=11.17，16.90，P<0.001)。 结论 血浆sICAM-1水平变化与恶性肿瘤病人病情变化、有无转移和治疗效果有密切关系。
