【摘要】 目的 探讨在鼻内窥镜下切除鼻内翻性乳头状瘤的手术方法及疗效。 方法 采用鼻内窥镜下切除鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者32例。 结果 术中出血量平均180m1，无术后并发症。随访22～48个月，2例复发。 结论 鼻内窥镜下鼻内翻性乳头状瘤切除术，手术视野清晰，创伤小，面部不留瘢痕，能够准确地将肿瘤彻底切除。如适应证掌握适当，鼻内窥镜下切除肿瘤可取得良好疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of surgery treatment of nasal endoscopy on patients with inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and sinus.Methods Thirty-two patients(21males and11females，ranging in age from25to70years old)with inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and sinus were treated by nasal endoscopy surgery from1994to2003in our department.The diagnosis of these32patients was inverted papi1loma by pathology and CT scanning.Results The clinical effect of these32patients was successful with the follow-up of22to48months.Only two pa-tients had recurrence postoperatively.No complicatlons were found.Conclusion The advantage of the nasal en-doscopy surgery on patients with inverted papllloma in nasal cavity and sinus was the lack of external scar ......
