【摘要】 目的 观察异丙酚配伍米索前列醇阴道给药在无痛人工流产术中的作用。 方法 将160例早孕、初孕妇女随机分为试验组和对照组各80例，对照组静脉推注异丙酚，麻醉起效后即开始行人工流产术，试验组术前2h阴道放置米索前列醇400ug，其余操作同对照组。同时观察术中镇痛效果、宫颈松弛程度、子宫收缩情况、术中出血量、手术时间、自行离床时间、给药剂量、不良反应及并发症。 结果 两组麻醉效果100%有效，无1例发生人工流产综合征。试验组术时宫颈松弛度、子宫收缩幅度、术中出血量、手术时间，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。且能缩短自行离床时间(P<0.01)，减少异丙酚用量及不良反应的发生。 结论 异丙酚配伍米索前列醇用于无痛人工流产大大增加了异丙酚静脉麻醉行人工流产术的安全性，值得临床推广使用。
