【摘要】 目的 探讨白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)及可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)气道炎症中的作用。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测COPD急性加重期、缓解期及健康者各20例血清中IL-8、sICAM-1的含量。结果 COPD急性加重期及缓解期患者血清IL-8、sICAM-1水平明显高于健康对照组，COPD急性加重期又明显高于缓解期，差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)；健康对照组中吸烟者血清IL-8、sICAM-1水平明显高于不吸烟者，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 IL-8及sICAM-1在COPD气道炎症中均起着重要作用。

    Detection and clinical significance of serum IL-8 and sICAM-1 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of IL-8 and sICAM-1 in the airway inflammation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods The levels of IL-8 and sICAM-1 in the serum were measured by double-sandwich ELISA in 40 patients who were divided into two groups:20 cases in COPD acute exacerbation group and 20 cases in stable period group as well as those in 20 healthy control groups.Results The IL-8 and sICAM-1 level of serum in patients exacerbation period and stable patients were significantly higher than those of healthy group, and patients with COPD acute exacerbation group was obviously higher than those of stable period group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The IL-8 and sICAM-1 level of serum in healthy group in smokers were significantly higher than those of in nonsmoker(P<0.01).Conclusion IL-8 and sICAM-1 play an important role in the airway inflammation of COPD. ......
