【摘要】 目的 通过动物实验，探讨平喘合剂治疗儿童哮喘的作用机制。方法 40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、博利康尼组、痰喘丸组、平喘合剂组，分别测定各组大鼠血浆和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α、ET-1含量及肺组织嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)凋亡情况。结果 平喘合剂具有良好的解痉平喘、抗炎作用。结论 平喘合剂治疗儿童哮喘的作用机制与抑制气道炎症等机制有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective Through experimental studies,to research the cure mechanisms of pingchuan mixture to juvenile bronchial asthma.Methods 40 male rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,bricanyl group,Tan Chuan Wan group and pingchuan mixture group,then to measure the level of IL-2,IL-4,TNF,ET-1 in plasma and BALF and the apoptosis of EOS in lung tissue.Results Pingchuan mixture exert good effects on spasm,asthma and inflammation.Conclusion The mechanism of pingchuan mixture associated with depressing the airway inflammation. ......
